Healing Power of Sound

I am passionate about the gong as an instrument to calm in the body and mind. The gong with its long lineage of sound meditation practices in Kundalini yoga is where I draw my inspiration from as a gong practitioner. I offer gong meditation sound experiences tapping into ancient Eastern modalities.

In addition to gong baths, I use alchemy crystal singing bowls with other instruments to create an alchemy of sound for a restorative and relaxing experience. My classes can also be with movement, a slow flow yoga practice that allows the body to embody the sound through gentle asanas (postures, shapes) and pranayama (breathwork).
